Banyak yang bilang kalau legalisir di Kemenkumham harus ke notaris dulu, dan itu membutuhkan biaya yang tidak murah lho. Namun, setelah saya coba membaca blog-blog di internet, ternyata ada cara yang lebih murah walaupun sedikit lebih ribet. Bagi orang-orang yang akan melanjutkan S2 ke luar negeri, biasanya mereka membutuhkan legalisir ijasah dan transkrip nilai dari kedutaan besar negara tujuan belajar. Mereka tidak serta merta bisa melegalisir ke kedubes negara tersebut, tapi harus melalui beberapa tahapan. Biasanya kedubes mensyaratkan legalisir kementerian luar negeri sebelum dilegalisir di kedubes. Selain itu, kementerian luar negeri juga menetapkan prasyarat berupa legalisir kemenkumham. Kemenkumham sendiri tidak menetapkan syarat yang rumit untuk legalisir. Belajar TOEFL? Baca bukunya Betty Azar

Saya ingat dulu SMA pernah les TOEFL. Sebenarnya gak pernah ada niat buat ikut les ini, tapi alhamdulilah punya teman-teman yang berfikiran jangka panjang. Dan akhirnya pun saya juga merasakan manfaatnya. Dulu saya ikut les TOEFL di sebuah lembaga kecil. Pak guru membawa buku khusus panduan berwarna biru. Judulnya English Grammar dan dikarang oleh Betty Schramfer Azar. Bukunya memang cukup lengkap, mulai dari tenses sampai jenis aturan grammar yang lain. Dalam buku tersebut juga ada jenis-jenis kata yang perlu dihafalkan, seperti gerund, to infinitive, dll. Namun begitu, saya kurang memahami tentang soal-soal yang ada didalamnya. Young people from all regions of the world between the ages of 15 and 30 have now the great opportunity to enter the Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition at http://www.youth-competition.org and submit their best ideas and projects. The deadline for entries is 30 June, 2014. The deadline for votes and comments is 31 July, 2014. Winners will be invited to the award ceremony at the Entrepreneurship Summit in Berlin in October 2014, where they will present their ideas and projects to an international audience.
